Superintendent Colin Stokes and the Groveland Water and Sewer Board of Commissioners would like to thank residents and town meeting voters for attending the Annual Town Meeting and supporting the department’s efforts to build a water treatment plant in town.
Town Meeting voters authorized the funding during the annual Town Meeting held Monday, April 28.
By securing the approved funding, Groveland Water and Sewer will begin the process of analyzing, designing, and constructing a new plant, which will take place over multiple phases over the next few years. Information and updates regarding the water treatment plant, including construction timeliness, location, and costs, will be shared as they become available.
