The Groveland Water and Sewer Department would like to share the Apex Companies Engineering report with the public as part of the Water Treatment Plant outreach campaign.

Through collaboration with Apex Companies, the Board of Water Commissioners decided that building a treatment plant proved to be the most cost-effective and more reliable long-term solution.

The Groveland Water and Sewer Board of Water Commissioners has approved the construction of Groveland’s first water treatment plant, which will help the Town meet the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) updated PFAS guidelines.

As part of expected changes, Groveland Water and Sewer conducted extensive research and contracted a third-party engineering firm, Apex Companies, to determine what would be the best option for Groveland and its rate payers.

Residents who would like a printed copy of the report can pick one up at the Groveland Water and Sewer Department office, 23 School St.
